Early Bird Registration is Now Closed

Thank you to everyone who registered during the Early Bird period. Registration for the IDPA 2025 Congress is still open at the regular rate and based on the World Bank category for the country you are coming from or based on your billing address.

What Registration Includes:

• Full access to all four days of the Congress
• Two coffee breaks and one meal each day
• Use of the conference center facilities

Important Registration Information:
IDPA does not offer scholarships or subsidies toward registration fees. Individuals seeking financial support are encouraged to find funding through their own networks or organizations.

• Registration rates are determined by the billing address provided during registration. Rates are non-transferable and cannot be adjusted for participants living and working in a different country than their project location.
• Payment is accepted via PayPal. Upon completing your registration, you may request alternative payment methods by contacting us at the email address provided on the final registration page.

This is a non-profit event heavily subsidized by the hosting organization. We kindly ask that registration inquiries be limited to questions about logistics or registration clarity. Requests for exceptions or special discounts cannot be accommodated.
