Early Bird Registration is Now Closed

Thank you to everyone who registered during the Early Bird period. Registration for the IDPA 2025 Congress is still open at the regular rate and based on the World Bank category for the country you are coming from or based on your billing address.

What Registration Includes:

• Full access to all four days of the Congress
• Two coffee breaks and one meal each day
• Use of the conference center facilities

Important Registration Information:
IDPA does not offer scholarships or subsidies toward registration fees. Individuals seeking financial support are encouraged to find funding through their own networks or organizations.

• Registration rates for the IDPA 2025 Congress are determined by IDPA and are not negotiable
• Registration fees are set by World Bank country classifications using your billing address and are non-transferable
• Payments are accepted via PayPal; alternative methods (e.g., bank transfer) can be arranged after invoicing upon request
